An old historical stood ignoring the views and circulation. By removing 1 stair and both chimneys, the house was able to be opened up to enjoy the beautiful views in this waterfront home. Site lines are extended, and large windows help to bring the outside in. A what was once tiny house, is now ready for guests and dinner parties with it’s larger kitchen, and unobstructed flow.
